The terms that apply when you use this site and buy our manuals.

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of mercedesworkshopmanual.com and to any purchase you make from Mercedes Workshop Manual (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
We are an independent retailer of digital workshop, service and repair manuals for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mercedes-Benz AG. Mercedes-Benz and its model names are trademarks of their owner and are used only to identify the vehicles our manuals cover.
All of our products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped. Your download links appear as soon as your payment is complete, are sent to the email address you give at checkout, and remain available in My Account if you have an account.
Most of our manuals are software-based: they run inside a virtual machine on a Windows, Linux or Intel-based Mac desktop or laptop that supports virtual machines. Apple silicon Macs (M1 and later) cannot run them. Some manuals are PDFs, which open on any device. Each product page states which type it is. Please check that it suits your computer before you buy.
You are responsible for choosing the manual that matches your vehicle. If you are unsure, contact us with your model, year and VIN before you buy and we will point you to the right one.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices at the time you place your order. Payment is taken by our payment provider on its secure payment page. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.
When you buy a manual, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and use it to maintain and repair vehicles, whether yourself or within your own workshop. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files or your download links.
Because our manuals are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on digital downloads. Please read our Refund Policy for details.
Support is free. If a download does not work, you are unsure which manual fits your vehicle, or you need help installing, email [email protected] and we will work with you until you are happy with your purchase. If you are ever charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Our manuals are intended for people with the skills and tools to carry out the work they describe. Always follow the safety procedures for your vehicle, especially on high-voltage hybrid and electric systems, airbags and fuel systems. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by the way work is carried out.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Please do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with how it works.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
