Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases from Mercedes Workshop Manual at mercedesworkshopmanual.com.

1. Digital downloads are non-refundable

Every manual we sell is a digital download, delivered instantly as soon as your payment is complete. Because a download cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on digital downloads.

2. Free support until you are happy

Support is free, before and after you buy. Email [email protected] and we will help if:

• your download does not work or will not open
• you are not sure the manual matches your vehicle
• you need help installing or running the software
• you bought a manual and realise you need a different one

Include your order number and, if it is about your vehicle, the model, year and VIN. We will work with you until you are happy with your purchase.

3. Duplicate charges

If you are ever charged more than once for the same order, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.

4. Before you buy

To make sure you get the right manual first time, check the model, years and chassis code on the product page, and check that your computer can run it. Software-based manuals need a Windows, Linux or Intel-based Mac desktop or laptop that supports virtual machines; PDF manuals open on any device. If in doubt, contact us before you buy and we will point you to the right manual.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
